The covers are fine for storage in the freezer, but they are so thick that I can't use them at all with the pad, even when I first take the pad out of the freezer.  I can barely feel the cold through the thick pad.  (The thinner pads I had with the Dental Packs worked much better.)

Terrific service ...... terrific product.  I have fibromyalgia & a slipped disc.  I use these at nite to help ease the pain when I'm lying down.  Keep a few spare ones in freezer at all times.
